This villa has been designed with one goal in mind: to provide our guests with an unforgettable holiday. At first glance, the pretty domicile with a stone façade looks like a traditional Tuscan country house. But the villa from 2016 meets the latest technical standards. In addition to full air conditioning, satellite TV on both floors and Wi-Fi, this also includes a stereo system and a game console. Thanks to the successful interior design in vintage style, all rooms look homely – here you can endure!
The outdoor area of the property is dominated by an 11m x 4.6m heated pool with Jacuzzi where you can refresh yourself to your heart’s content. Around it is a lounge zone with loungers that invites you to lie lazily in the sun. Of course, there is also a barbecue – and on the covered terrace you can enjoy your lunch or dinner in peace. Children will enjoy the large garden and the adjacent playground, where they can meet new friends from the neighboring three villas. In the garden grow kiwis, vines, as well as fig, pomegranate and olive trees.
Active holidaymakers appreciate the spacious sports facilities, which the domicile shares with some other luxury properties. There are multi-purpose sports fields for football, basketball and handball, a volleyball court, two tennis courts and two bocce courts. In the surrounding area, numerous cycle paths invite you to extensive tours.
And a few steps from the villa, a big surprise awaits you in the form of an ecological vegetable garden where you can harvest untreated tomatoes, zucchini and other seasonal vegetables.
However, if you want to leave this paradise on earth, the most beautiful Istrian towns of Rovinj, Poreč, Pula, Vrsar, Labin and Rabac are just a short drive away with their enchanting beaches and historical sights that are under the protection of UNESCO.

Villa Elena is perched on a quiet and sunny hill surrounded by pastures. Together with selected other villas, the residence has a sports complex that is as extensive as it is versatile, an eco-vegetable garden and a spacious children’s playground.
From the sundeck of the villa you can see all the way to the sea. The town of Kanfanar is not far away, and Rovinj and Poreč, two of Istria’s major tourist magnets, are only a good 20 kilometres away. A short drive will take you to other popular destinations, such as the legendary ruined city of Dvigrad and Lim Bay.
So, the villa is an ideal starting point for anyone who wants to get to know the beauty of Istria and the many sights of the region. The journey is also very uncomplicated: the airport in Pula is only 33 km away.

- The holiday home can be booked weekly
- Arrival Saturday from 4.00 p.m., departure Saturday until 10 a.m.
- All prices include VAT, tourist tax and cleaning on departure.
- At the time of booking, 30% of the rental price is due as a deposit.
- A refundable deposit of 500 euros will be charged.
- The guest is obliged to report all damage immediately and to compensate for it.
- Smoking and pets are not allowed in the cottage.
- In case of violations, the guest loses the right to a refund of the deposit.
