Villa Nevia is perched on a quiet and sunny hill in the middle of a paradisiacal landscape. Together with selected other villas, the residence has sports facilities that are as extensive as they are versatile, an eco-vegetable garden and a spacious children’s playground.
From the sundeck of the villa you can see all the way to the sea. At the foot of the estate, Istrian cattle, the Boškarin, graze on lush green pastures. The town of Kanfanar is not far away, and Rovinj and Poreč, two of Istria’s major tourist magnets, are only a good 20 kilometres away. A short drive will take you to other popular destinations, such as the legendary ruined city of Dvigrad and Lim Bay.

- The holiday home can be booked weekly
- Arrival Saturday from 4.00 p.m., departure Saturday until 10 a.m.
- All prices include VAT, tourist tax and cleaning on departure.
- At the time of booking, 30% of the rental price is due as a deposit.
- A refundable deposit of 500 euros will be charged.
- The guest is obliged to report all damage immediately and to compensate for it.
- Smoking and pets are not allowed in the cottage.
- In case of violations, the guest loses the right to a refund of the deposit.
