It offers plenty of space even for larger groups, impresses with its modern flair and at the same time conveys a cosy feeling of home. From here you can access the terrace directly and you can dive into the crystal clear waters of the pool or enjoy the jacuzzi. Two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms are located on the ground floor. One bedroom has direct access to the terrace and pool, the second bedroom has a gallery and an en suite bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen naturally includes a coffee machine and a fully automatic coffee machine.
On the upper floor you will find a third spacious bedroom with sea views and a bathroom. Furthermore, the house has a second open living area (gallery) on the first floor with access to a balcony with sea views. In the gallery on the upper floor there is a comfortable sofa bed for two people. The balcony with sea view also offers beautiful views of the village and the lush Istrian vegetation. Here you can enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine.
Among the unique extras of the luxury villa is a rustic wine cellar with fireplace. Here you can get to know the legendary combination of Istrian wines and profound conversations first-hand. Villa Santa Domenica is located in Kaštelir-Labinci, an idyllic, sun-drenched place not far from the tourist magnet Poreč.
Here you can relax extensively and recharge your batteries for new adventures. On walks or bike rides, you will get to know the uniquely beautiful landscape of Istria and discover the rich vegetation of this area. On the way you can buy some fresh food or souvenirs, because the centre is only one kilometre away from your domicile, the nearest restaurant only 400 metres away.
Even in the height of summer, the air in Kaštelir-Labinci is wonderful. This is not only due to the lush olive groves that surround the municipality, but also to the nearby sea – after all, the nearest beach is barely 10 kilometres away. Those hungry for adventure will get their money’s worth in nearby Poreč, the “jewel of Istria”. Life is bustling here and international guests enjoy the beaches as well as the nightlife to the fullest. Families can reach the Aquacolors Aquaparks and the Funtana Dinopark in just a few minutes by car. And culture enthusiasts visit the World Heritage sites of this historic region in droves.
