A family business with passion
Behind Oliveri is the Paulišić family, which has been dedicated to olive cultivation since 2000. Olive trees grow on her lovingly tended farm, which produce fruit of the best quality year after year.
The work is mainly done by hand – from pruning to care to harvesting. You can taste this care: every drop of olive oil tells of tradition, closeness to nature and genuine craftsmanship.

Oliveri is one of the top producers in Istria and has been rated 95 out of 100 points in the renowned international guide Flos Olei. This makes their oil one of the best in the world.
Extra virgin olive oil convinces with:
- an intense green color,
- fresh aromas of artichoke, wild herbs and almonds,

- and a balanced bitter-spicy finish, typical of top oils.
