The 2025 olive harvest is over – and yet it will resonate in our hearts and minds for a long time. What began as a joint project turned into a week full of passion, connection and real joie de vivre. It was one of those special times when you feel like you’re in exactly the right place: in the middle of the Istrian olive groves, surrounded by warm people, warm sunshine and the pure energy of life.
A week that was more than work
Of course, the focus was on the harvest – the rhythmic picking of the olives, the shared laughter between the trees, the scent of earth, sea and autumn. But it was much more than just physical work. It was a togetherness, an arrival, a conscious experience.
We have learned how much fun simple actions can be when you do them together. We have experienced how good it is to take time – time for conversations, for enjoyment, for real encounters.
People who make the difference
What really made this week special were the people. A colorful mix of friends, travelers, connoisseurs and adventurers who all shared one thing: the love of honest living. We didn’t just harvest olives – we made memories. Memories that last.
In the evening, we met in the villa or under the stars, shared stories, toasted with a good glass of wine and celebrated the here and now. It was these moments that showed us what really matters: community, closeness and the courage to live life to the fullest.

Anyone who has ever tasted fresh, hand-harvested olive oil knows that there is something special in it – not only in taste, but also in meaning. Each bottle is a little piece of Istria, a drop of sun, a touch of friendship.
Enjoying together, creating together, celebrating together – all of this has made the week something that reaches far beyond the event itself.

In the end, a feeling of gratitude remained. Gratitude for the work, the community, the countless moments that have given us a smile. And at the same time the anticipation of what is to come.
